The last 2 weeks brought expedited leads and interest. Over 2,218 impressions in just the last week. We've brought on a new team member that specializes in residential land and development, and he has extensive builder connections. He has engaged several builders who are currently running numbers and investigating the site further. We have sent information, site plans, blueprints, layouts, maps, aerials to a number of buyers that have either called in, found the property through marketing sites, or that we have reached out to directly. Any time we have a residential developer inquire about any of our land, we present Bristlecone to them as well. This happened today, and we have a firm reviewing everything over the weekend, and we'll be updated about an offer early next week.
